The museum itself was fine, but am I missing something with the bathrooms? They were gross when we went. The floors were messy, the trash was overflowing, and there was a bad smell that made it hard to ignore.
With little kids, clean bathrooms are kind of a big deal, so it really threw off the visit for us. Maybe we caught them at a bad time, but it definitely made the whole experience feel uncomfortable

We went to Kohl Children’s Museum and the kids had a really good time, which was the main thing honestly. Somewhere between chasing them around the exhibits and realizing everyone was suddenly starving, we stopped at the cafe. It was fine for a quick snack, but nothing too exciting, basic options, not a ton of variety, and the prices felt a little high for what we got. It definitely worked in the moment, but next time I’d probably just pack food ahead of time so we’re not relying on it

My 9-year-old lost interest in this quickly. It feels like it’s really made more for little kids, which is fine, just not quite what I expected. I kept thinking maybe they’d come back to it later, but nope, they were off doing something else within no time.

I regret paying for this event. It ended up feeling really crowded and unorganized, and I had a hard time figuring out when things were actually supposed to happen because the program times weren’t clear. I also didn’t feel like the staff offered much help when it was needed. For the price, I left feeling disappointed and wishing I’d spent my money elsewhere...

We took our kids on a weekend, the waiting really wore us down. The line to get in moved slowly, and then even after that, it felt like we kept having to stop for verification or checks again and again, which got annoying fast.

Some of the exhibits were fun at first, and my kid did have a decent time wandering around and playing. But not sure how to explain it, a lot of it felt more like basic play areas than actual hands-on learning or discovery.
For the price, I was expecting a little more in terms of guided activities or clearer learning stations. It’s fine for a rainy day, but it didn’t really have that “oh wow” feeling, so I probably wouldn’t rush back.

I wanted to like this place, but the hours are frustrating. They close way too early, especially if you’re trying to go with kids after school or work. It just feels like they’re not thinking about families at all, and that kind of ruined the experience for us

We had my kid’s birthday party here, i’m not totally sure how I feel about it. The staff was friendly enough, but things felt a bit rushed and kind of disorganized. We were unsure where we were supposed to go a few times, which made it more stressful than I expected. The kids did have fun, so that was good, but for the price, I guess I was hoping for a smoother setup and a little more help

I was really hoping to use this without any hassle, but it was tough with my screen reader. A lot of the buttons and sections weren’t clear, and I ended up spending way more time trying to figure things out than actually getting anything done. It basically ruined the plans I had because I couldn’t move through the app the way I needed to. The accessibility definitely needs serious work.

I wanted to like this place more, but the cleanliness was really disappointing. The bathrooms were messy, the floors felt sticky, and some of the tables still had old food crumbs on them. I get that kids’ places get busy and messy fast, but common sense says a children’s museum should be cleaned really well between visitors. Maybe I’m just reading the layout the wrong way, but the menus felt really messy to me. I kept assuming certain things would be in one spot based on how the options were worded, and then they’d be somewhere else entirely. It made finding anything way more frustrating than it needed to be.

We were excited to check it out, but it was packed as soon as we walked in. The kids had a hard time getting to some of the activities, and with so many parents standing around, it was tough to move through certain areas. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it felt more stressful than relaxing, so we ended up leaving earlier than we expected.

We were hoping there’d be more different exhibits to check out, but the kids got bored fast. whoever runs this should add some more variety because it just didn’t hold their attention for long.

So, the outdoor play area was a bit of a letdown. There wasn’t much shade, some of the equipment felt worn out, and my kid got bored faster than I expected. I was just hoping for a little more from the visit
